Sustainability Reporting Consultant

European legislation, financial parties, external stakeholders, employees: the green transition manifests itself from all sides. Therefore it is urgent for companies to develop and implement sustainability policies and roadmaps. As non-financial information is finding its way into boards, there is also a growing need for transparent reporting in compliance with the latest standards. Developing sustainability reports therefore is a key service of Pantarein.

You will support our clients to develop transparent and compliant reports from a to z. You don’t just deliver high-qualitative reports, but also manage the reporting process in close collaboration with the client. More specifically you:

• Are the first point of contact for our reporting clients.
• Guide our clients through the entire reporting process.
• Carry out materiality analyses and set up the strategic framework.
• Develop the report concept and structure in accordance with the chosen framework.
• Support the client with setting KPIs and metrics.
• Collect both quantitative data and qualitative information throughout the company.
• Carry out interviews both at C- and expert level.
• Support the client with interpreting impact and data trends.
• Write the report.
• Coordinate the graphic development.
• Help and advise the client in communicating the report internally and externally.
• Build and maintain relationships with our clients by guiding and unburden them at the same time.

You also challenge our clients to take their report to a higher level and to consider reporting as a journey. You carry out a gap analysis in line with the upcoming legislation. With your expertise you guide the client in their roadmap to become compliant.

You convince us with the following skills:

• You are passionate about sustainable business, just like us.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting.
• You have good knowledge of the EU Green Deal and Taxonomy, the NFRD and CSRD, the concept of ESG and all relevant international reporting and disclosing frameworks like GRI, IIRC, SASB and TCFD.
• You are on top of the developments in sustainability and reporting. You are willing to follow new evolutions and to study and catch up in this quickly growing domain.
• You have large experience in copywriting in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You are good with data and triggered by new evolutions in the field of non-financial dashboarding.
• You are highly organised and an excellent project manager.
• You like to work on different projects and tasks at the same time.
